Nitrogen being colourless and odourless is a killer gas.
At home in the kitchen the cooking gas ( natural HC ) in the cylinder is deliberately odorized or stenched by Ethyl Mercaptan . This has saved the lives of many women.
It is human to err.
Same way every Nitrogen plant must have a STENCHER.

epoxy ships may have a problem where the spongy epoxy aBsorbs some
stench.
the solution is easy and cheap!.
nitrogen plants equipped with STENCHER accumulator chamber must be also
equipped with a OZONISER .
i my vision is see the OZONIZER electrifying the OXYGEN REJECT of the
nitrogen plant membrane in another accumulator chamber.
the ozone can even be used to deodourise cargo tanks, instead of wasting
money on chemical deodourisers. it can be used to kill e-coli and
sterilise domestic wash water.
8% of vegetables / fruits get spoilt on an average in the veg rooms --
this can be eliminated.

my type of STENCH will produce saliva in the mouth.
so you have both the nose and tongue forming a gruesome two-some ( like
dilton-moose combine ) and guiding the poor sailor.
as you once told me ages ago -- the biological reflex of the salivating
tongue is the same , whether it is tasty biriyani or stench of human
crap. The social relex is opposite, you spit out the saliva which is produced
when you see crap.

We shall move this idea further through INTERTANKO.
We shall keep you updated.
Must inform you that the last time this Company steered the idea of
amendment of the anomalous loadline zones off Cape Town, through
INTERTANKO and finally the Load Line Zone did get amended after five
years, by IMO --- these things take time.
