Few years a...Hi Captain. I am in my late 20's. <br />Few years ago I was an athlete. <br /><br />Now my knee makes that pop sound almost all the time and it feels weak.<br />There is no pain though. <br /><br />Sometimes walking is also not comfortable unless i stop and flex my knee and make that popp sound. <br /><br />In Google I read that the popping sound and weakness will go by doing body weight exercises. <br /><br />Pls tell your opinion.
